At The Padel Hub, we’re committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, from placing your order to receiving your gear. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about our delivery and returns policies.

#1 Delivery Information

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3-4 business days.
  • Express OVN Delivery: Typically 1-2 business days (please contact us if this is your preference).

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: R100
  • Express OVN Delivery: R300

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

 #2 Returns Policy

Returns Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info.thepadelhub@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to us using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info.thepadelhub@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost and ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund.
